Match report SDCC won the toss and elected to bat. The Gordos opening bolwers Patel and Forbes settled on to a steady line and George and Connor found runs hard to come by. The dots were piling up before George snicked behind off Patel for 2. 6 overs later and Connor (5) checked a drive off Patel and gave Dalgarno a straight forward catch at mid off.

Jones came on and bowled a miserly 9 over spell, conceding only 15 runs. At the other end Gordonians opted to try out other bowlers whilst resting their main bowlers and resulted in runs being scored as Andrew and Mike put on 59, before Saraswat remove Mike (28) caught behind. Andrew (31) followed next over and a prolonged period of dots ensued before Saraswat bowled Jack (2) and Ed (0) in quick succession.

Patel then reverted to spin and a double wicket maiden brought the innings to an end on 110 off 44.1 overs.

Opening with George and Ed, Gordos were kept in check with Barman and Arora patiently watching the ball before they gradually increased their scoring rate

George struck to remove Barman LBW for 9. Devadas was pushed up the order and rattled up a quickfire 17 before Mike came on to bowl him. Gordos 54-2 off 11 overs.

Patel was watchfull then eased into his repertoire of shots making it look easy. At the other end Arora had begun to accelerate and runs flowed quickly as the game was brought to a conclusion in the 20th over

Arora's 44 not out gave him a combined total of 191 runs against SDCC for the season.
